How do we work?

After receiving your request by email or through another channel, your wishes will be reviewed.
We’ll ask you some questions about your wishes, such as color, size, shape, and material, to get a clearer idea of what you, as a customer, want.
A face-to-face meeting is also possible, both in person and online. It’s important, of course, that we gather as much information as possible about what you’re looking for.
A quotation will follow.
When everything is clear to both the customer and us, we can start the project.
A delivery deadline will be communicated at the start of the project, but this is NOT an exact date (things can always go wrong, such as delayed delivery times for raw materials, etc.). We will, however, try to adhere strictly to the given delivery deadline.
If changes need to be made, we will contact the customer by phone, according to the customer’s pre-determined preference.
The customer will be informed on a regular basis if he or she so wishes.

We have UniQue design

With us, you’ll find designs you won’t find anywhere else. In fact, our selection is constantly changing. Only a limited number of pieces are produced at a time, allowing us to refresh our selection regularly.

What are the requirements

Reviewing the basic requirements for a project isn’t always easy; sometimes multiple versions and materials are possible for the same project. This usually makes it more difficult to arrive at the final version.

Creating a concept

– A concept in the head or written out on paper with a very raw version of the object.

Design prototypes

– Develop the raw sketches into a prototype, in 3D forms, this gives a better idea of what is possible, and what needs to be adjusted within the concept.

Implement

– After creating the proof version, implement the improvements, this is how the final object is created.

Control and evaluation for production

– After thorough testing of the object to ensure quality, production can commence.
